The Agent can be downloaded by logging into the inefi Spotlight portal, selecting Administration and then selecting the “Agent” tab. All the correct credentials are pre-populated.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the definition folder C:\users\default\inefi is added as an Anti-Virus exclusion.
