One of the most essential features when it comes to Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) is the remote control. This feature is especially important in the hospitality and retail sectors, where IT teams need to monitor, maintain, and resolve service requests quickly and efficiently. Initially, we collaborated with open-source software to provide remote control functionality. However, we didn't stop there. We listened to feedback from our clients and launched an enhanced version of Remote Control 2.0, which helped reduce the frequency of on-site visits. But we didn't stop there. We kept pushing the boundaries and launched the latest version, Remote Control 3.0.
Remote Control 3.0 is the result of tireless research and development from our team. We surveyed and tested several new platforms to further strengthen and increase the functions of remote control:

Our team tested the new Remote Control 3.0 and found that it not only performs better than the previous version but also functions better than the average. According to the test results, our performance is 5%-10% higher than the leading vendor in the industry.
